The reason why you are unable to consistently sleep well is that you are only looking at the problem from one angle. You might have tried sleeping tablets – herbal or prescribed – but they made you feel groggy the next day. And you might be worried about becoming dependent on them. Who is this course exactly for?
I’m younger than 40 or older than 59 – will this course work for me?
Who is this course not suitable for?
If you have struggled with insomnia for many years, seen other experts and tried lots of alternative approaches, it may be that you will need a more intensive and individualised approach than this course can provide.
Similarly, if you have continuously taken medication for insomnia for many years, you may find this course of less value to you.
If you are aware that your difficulty sleeping is due to Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) or other deep-seated psychological issue, you may gain more benefit more specialised therapy initially.
