Options for individual support

Because I am passionate about helping my clients get results, I choose to work mainly in programmes rather than one-off sessions. My view is that this is an essential part of properly guiding and supporting you to make the changes needed, at a pace that suits you.

I have a range of flexible options to choose from, depending on the nature and length of support that you require – read on for full details.It is super-important to me that my clients get the results that they are looking for. Achieving the outcomes that you want is much more likely if you what to expect at the outset. Please see how I work for more information about this.

Not sure where to start?

If you are unsure about where to start but know you want to take some action now, then why not book my cultivate wellness coaching session? This ‘toe-dipping’ option will support you to identify some initial, practical (baby) steps to support your health & wellbeing, that you can begin to implement now. This session will also provide a helpful taster of what it is like to work with me. Your payment is redeemable against most of my other Transition Nutrition programmes* so it’s win-win!

Options for individual support

There are four different categories of individual services I provide:

  • 30 minutes single session nutrition & lifestyle coaching: There are 2 options: ‘Cultivate’ or ‘Invigorate’ (specifically for perimenopause)
  • 1 month Coaching only programme – ‘Nourish’
  • 4-6 week Foundation-level Nutritional Therapy Programmes: ‘Seed’ and ‘Sprout’
  • 12 week Total transition Programmes: ‘Blossom’ and ‘Bloom’.

How my individual programmes work

Choose a Programme

Prior to choosing a programme, we will have a discussion about what you are looking for and if I can help you, I will explain more about how I work. This will also give us an opportunity to get to know each other a little, so we can decide if we are a good match.

Admin

Once you have chosen a programme, I will ask you to check and agree with my terms and conditions, complete a questionnaire and settle my invoice (payment plans are available)

Assessment

We will then meet for an initial information-gathering session (your ‘assessment’) where we will discuss in more depth what you wish to achieve, your journey so far, your current symptoms and situation, your current diet, your current use of medications, supplements and herbs;

Research

Following your assessment, I will undertake specific research, such as looking into your existing medications and potential interactions with other nutrients, mapping where your systems may need support, considering the scientific literature in relation to key factors of your situation and identifying helpful interventions.

Feedback

Your next appointment is all about ‘feedback’. Following my research, I will share with you what aspects I believe we need to prioritise at the outset to achieve your aims. I will also share my initial recommendations within your plan, which may include dietary changes, supplementation, lifestyle and further testing that may be useful (Optional)

Implement & Monitor

The remainder of your sessions will involve a focus on implementing your plan and monitoring your results. Depending on your needs and the programme you have chosen, this may include specific coaching support/coaching exercises, emotional support and practical information (such as recipes, fact sheets and ‘where to buy’). We will also monitor your response to the actions you are taking and we may add, tweak and build on the recommendations as we go, depending on your results and preferences.

Review

Each of my programmes includes a built-in review session at the end. This enable us to explore your outcomes, position and identify next steps.

Working With Me

We are just like plants really! Stick us in a some good quality soil (a positive environment) and nourish well with the right nutrients and plentiful hydration, depending on our needs. Provide resilience against toxins (support our detoxification and elimination) and other enemies (like stress). And give us a good quantity and quality of rest (yes, plants sleep too!). And just like plants, with a nourishing diet and lifestyle, our mind and body can do their best for us and we can thrive!

If you are not sure where to start:
Book one of my single coaching sessions.
The aim of this session is to help you get clear on your next steps to improve your symptoms. This session will include coaching support and advice in relation to nutrition and lifestyle measures and other areas to explore.
Following this session if you decide to book a further programme, then the cost is redeemable against the programme you book*

Foundation Nutritional Therapy Programmes

Sprout

‘Seed’ and ‘Sprout’ are my introductory-level nutritional therapy programmes. Over 4-6 weeks, we will work together to identify and begin to tackle the root causes of your health concerns. If you’d like a deep-dive into what is going on and/or want the flexibility to implement over a longer period of time, then my foundation programmes are for you. Following your short initial programme (4-6 weeks), you have the option of adding ‘pay as you go’ sessions (coaching and/or nutritional therapy sessions according to your needs)

If you’ve got a pretty good idea of what you need to do to improve your health but you are struggling to put it into action, then why not book my Nourish programme? This programme includes 1 month of coaching support where we will meet weekly. I will support you to keep moving forwards and help you understand what helps and hinders the process of change.

‘Flourish’ (fortnightly meetings), ‘Blossom’ and ‘Bloom’ (both with weekly meetings) are my advanced-level total transition programmes that take place over 12 weeks.
These programmes are for you if you are serious about making changes and would like a comprehensive programme of support that includes recommendations (nutritional Therapy) and coaching (to help with implementation) and extra analysis (‘Bloom’ only). Monthly payment plans are available for all total transition programmes.
