My Foundation Programmes

These starter programmes – ‘Seed’ & ‘Sprout’ (Nutritional Therapy) are for people with less complex health problems who need less intensive support or for those who want a more flexible, affordable approach by spreading sessions over a longer period and ‘topping up’ when needed (similar to ‘pay-as-you-go’)

Nutritional Therapy Foundation programmes

The aim of these starter programmes is to enable you to make some clear progress towards your goals. This may however, be variable depending on your starting point, implementation, and individual circumstances.

Seed Programme

£250 (via Zoom)
£270 (In person)

Sprout Programme

£350 (via Zoom)
£380 (In person)

Programme costs do not include biochemical testing or supplements except where indicated. If these are recommended, the cost will be discussed with you and their purchase is optional.

More Details

There are 2 options ‘Seed’ and ‘Sprout’

Each programme includes up to 6 weeks of support as outlined below and reasonable email support between sessions:

  • Initial in-depth investigation of your circumstances in the form of a comprehensive assessment session (60 minutes) at the outset, including your life mapping, dietary analysis, case history, symptoms, any diagnoses etc.
  • Research time outside of sessions in relation to your specific circumstances
  • Review of your existing medication use and identification of any potential safety concerns relating to interactions (with other medications/supplements/nutrients). In addition, potential nutrient deficiencies or side-effects from any existing medication will be explored and helpful actions (where relevant) included in my recommendations.
  • Following investigation, feedback session (45 mins) to share what I think are the key areas to focus on, in order to move you closer to your intended aims and gain the most benefit
  • Personalised recommendations (including nutrition and lifestyle actions as relevant) in your own ‘Health Action Plan’, based on what you want to achieve;
  • Review of your existing supplement use* and recommendations for supplements (if relevant/appropriate)
  • Identification of suitable testing (if appropriate)
  • Provision of practical handouts, recipes, and product information as relevant to your needs.
  • End of programme progress & review session (30mins)

In addition to the above, my ‘Sprout’ programme also includes:

  • ‘Interpretation’ of your recent blood test results from your GP from a functional medical perspective (if relevant/appropriate)
  • If required, support to choose additional testing, ordering, and making arrangements for chosen testing followed by interpretation of the results
  • An additional follow-up consultation session (45 mins) to continue with implementation, which may involve tweaking, changes, or additional recommendations.

Follow-on sessions/’Pay-as-you-go’ options

After completing any of my programmes, if you would like further support, you can purchase follow-on sessions as outlined:

*Single Nutritional Therapy session – £105 per session or 3 sessions for £285 (a saving of £30 on single session price). All via zoom (In person appointments available).

*Single Health Coaching session – £80 per session or 3 sessions for £210 (a saving of £30 on single session price). All via zoom. (In person appointments available).

You can ‘top up’ with Health Coaching/Nutritional Therapy session or sessions following any Nutritional Therapy Programme.

However, to purchase additional Nutritional Therapy Sessions, you will first need to complete a Nutritional Therapy programme, as my assessment and investigation phase are crucial to the process.

Who are Nutritional Therapy foundation programmes most suitable for?
  • People who want to experience a natural approach to balancing their body and mind;
  • People who want to take the first steps to find out more about how to manage their symptoms effectively
  • People who want to experience what it is like to work with me before potentially committing to a more in-depth programme
  • People who feel capable and able to implement recommendations with minimal support and guidance
  • People who have a lower available budget and want to access support over a longer period (with additional ‘top up’ sessions)
  • People who want to ‘get their happy back!’
Who are Nutritional Therapy foundation programmes not suitable for?
  • People who have received complex diagnoses, such as Inflammatory Bowel Disease (IBD), Poly Cystic Ovary Syndrome (PCOS)
  • People who have a complex medical history, multiple diagnosed conditions, and/or medications
  • People who need lots of additional support and coaching to implement recommendations
  • *People who are using a large number of supplements (5+) that they wish to review and rationalise
  • Women who are pregnant or actively trying to conceive

In these sorts of situations, my Total Transition Programmes would likely be more suitable. Depending on your situation, it may be possible to work together over a longer period, using a starter programme and top-up sessions.

However, it is important to understand that addressing complex health conditions, particularly when they are long-standing and/or if you have already tried lots of approaches to resolve, will take time. I would compare it to ‘peeling back the layers of an onion’ and testing may often be needed in these situations. This can be done gradually, but I think it is worth acknowledging at the outset, that it is unlikely to be ‘a quick fix’.

There may be other situations where working together will not be possible. For example, anyone who has outstanding ‘red flag’ symptoms that have not been checked by a medical professional or anyone with a current eating disorder. Please contact me to discuss further.

If you are unsure of which programme or package to book, then please book in for a Wellness KICKSTART session to discuss further what you are looking for.

A note on the importance of a therapeutic relationship

Research has found that the therapeutic relationship is an important factor in getting results in any setting. This includes things like how well we get on, that you feel trust and comfort in sharing details of your journey with me, and that you play an active role in your programme.

In the same way, I will only agree to work with you if I believe that I can help and that we can work well together. If you are interested in working with me on a programme, it is important that we have an initial conversation to see if we are well suited and so that we can explore the best option for you.

See terms & conditions for full details of programmes and costs which will be provided on request, following our initial discussion. Any questions, please do get in touch.
