Bloom is my signature, highest-level support programme combining nutritional therapy, functional insights, and compassionate coaching support over 6 months.

Over 24 weeks, we’ll:

This programme is ideal if:

What’s Included

First 12 Weeks:

  • 90-minute comprehensive health assessment
  • Case history, life mapping, nutrition analysis
  • Full medication and supplement review
  • Functional interpretation of your blood tests (if relevant/available)
  • Identification and support with private testing (optional/if relevant)
  • Personalised “Total Transition Plan”
  • Weekly sessions (alternating 60-min coaching + 30–45-min nutritional therapy, flexible depending on your needs)
  • Email support + tailored resources (handouts, recipes, product guidance)

Final 12 Weeks:

  • Fortnightly sessions, tapering off to monthly to support you to fully embed the changes
  • Ongoing refinement of your plan, according to your response
  • End-of-programme review + future action planning
