Your Coaching Session:
During your Cultivate Wellness Coaching session, I will help you to (gently) explore what is going on underneath. I will support you to identify some initial , practical (baby) steps that you can begin to implement now. I will guide you to prioritise those areas that will have the most impact. And I will suggest other areas to explore to start to unpick what is going on.
This session alone is unlikely to ‘solve’ your health problems but most importantly, it will help put you on the right track to make a start. And after that, well, anything is possible. 😍
This session will include coaching support and advice in relation to nutrition and lifestyle measures.
You will be required to complete a short questionnaire in advance. We will then have a 1-2-1 session (approx. 30minutes) on Zoom to explore your current situation, symptoms and what you wish to achieve. You will receive my recommendations via email within 7 days of this session. The cost for this session is £35 which may be redeemed against most other Transition Nutrition programmes if you decide to access further support*

If you book a further programme with Transition Nutrition within 1 month of the date of your Cultivate Wellness Coaching session, then the cost for your programme will be reduced by £35 (or the cost you paid if lower).
The cost reduction only applies to the following programmes: Sprout, Nourish, Flourish, Blossom & Bloom. The cost reduction does not apply to any other individual or group programmes.
This offer is subject to availability. If you know you wish to book a further programme then it is recommended that you make enquiries as soon as possible so that you can be booked in. Michelle only works with a set number of clients on Total Transition Programmes at one time, due to the intensive nature of the support. In this event, you may be able to book a programme with a delayed start date with a deposit. Please speak to Michelle for further information.
