Hello, I’m Michelle, a Registered Nutritional

Therapist and Health Coach.

Following a decade of trying to balance my raging health symptoms – painful periods, bad skin, unpredictable digestion, energy all over the place – I  began studying to be a nutritional therapist. Over the next few years, so many of the missing pieces of the jigsaw puzzle gradually fell into place.

I began to understand in depth the impact of my diet and lifestyle on my own symptoms. Stress was a major trigger for my symptoms as well as helping to keep them going.

I finally understood that I had the knowledge and power to support my mind and body back into balance. And now, I help others to do the same.

How do I know this programme is right for me?

This programme is for you if you want to recharge your body and mind, improve your energy and mood AND reset your eating habits this spring. If you want some accountability and expert guidance from a registered Nutritional therapist and Health Coach, you are in the right place. This is also for you if you want a simple, low commitment approach to avoid overwhelm.

Will this programme be the right level for me?

If you rarely cook from scratch, then this programme may be a significant challenge for you. If you don’t have many basic ingredients at home (like herbs and spices, olive oil) then the shopping list and budget required will be more extensive.

However, everyone has a different starting point. This programme is a great springboard to get you into (or back into) prepping whole food, planning and cooking. It is not about perfection but about making progress. You may choose to follow the programme precisely or just use it to help you get back into cooking and eating in a way that supports your health. 

Similarly, even if you are already a competent home cook, you will find some great new recipes, information and accountability to support your health.

What is the cost of this programme?

The standard programme cost is £47. Alternatively for best value, grab a friend or partner – 2 places for £67

Can I join with a friend?

Yes absolutely – the more the merrier! If you join with a friend, you can also sign up for my special price at any time up until closing date. The price is £67 for 2 places.

What date do I need to sign up by?

The programme closes at midday on Wednesday 15th April. You must sign up before then. All materials will be sent out on the afternoon of Wednesday 15th April to enable preparation time. The programme will start proper the following Monday 20th April. 

Do I get any 1:1 support from you?

No 1:1 support is included during the 7 days. There is a private Whatsapp group with direct access to me, where you can ask questions and get support with anything you are stuck on during the 7 days, as well as connect with the other participants on the programme. If you feel you need extra support this can be arranged at an additional cost. 

Are supplements included in this programme?

No. Supplements are not included in this programme as each person is different and requires an individual approach to supplements.

Do I have to access the programme information at a specific time?

The programme takes place during a specific 7 days – see dates above. Full information will be sent out by email on the Wednesday before the programme starts, to enable you time to prepare.

During the 7 days of the programme, you can access the Whatsapp group at any time for information. I will be available in the group on a daily basis. There is no ‘live’ element of the programme that you need to attend, to allow for flexibility. 

Can this programme accomodate my allergy?

Depending on your allergy, this may be possible. Please contact michelle@transitionnutrition.co.uk to discuss further

I am vegetarian, will this plan work for me?

Yes! For each meal, there is a vegetarian option. You could also adapt the programme to be a vegan meal plan fairly easily, but the menu is not fully plant-based. What happens after the programme finishes?

There will be opportunities to join the next Recharge Programme and you will also be invited to work with me, should you wish to continue with further support.
